New Students

Whether you’re a trained aerialist who wants to fine-tune an act, a performer who’s hoping to add a vertical dimension to a dance or burlesque routine, or you’re just looking for a fun and interesting way to get (or stay) in shape, there’s a place for you at AirCraft!

Most students who are new to aerials start with Aerials 1, which takes you through the basics. We frequently offer one-time “Taster” classes as a way for people to introduce themselves to aerials without having to make the commitment of an eight-week session. And of course some students prefer the individual attention of a private lesson.

While a few of our students have become professional circus performers and/or instructors, the majority of our students are adults who wish to keep their day jobs. They find at AirCraft a superb way to fitness, a nurturing environment, an artistic outlet, and new friendships. There are no friends like the friends who cheer you to climb higher!

Check out our Frequently Asked Questions for tips on what to wear or how to prepare for a class. If you’d like some additional guidance on where to start, contact us any time!

You can view our schedule here: Current Schedule

If the current session is already underway you will not be able to enroll yourself, but please contact us at to arrange late enrollment or a drop-in. (Dropping in or joining after the second week would not be suitable for beginner aerialists.)
